(speaking) -භාෂාව කතා කරන්න නම් අපි ඒ භාෂාව දැන සිටිය යුතුයි. (vocabulary) -භාෂාව දැනගන්නනම් අපි ඒ භාෂාවට සවන් දිය යුතුයි.
