By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and any additional terms that apply to specific sections of the website or to products and services available through the Service. If you are accessing the Service on behalf of a company or legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

As an advertiser, you agree that all advertising content submitted to the platform:

• Provide true, accurate, current, and complete information.
• Keep your password credentials secure.
• Complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Does not contain offensive, misleading, fraudulent, or defamatory content.
• Does not infringe on any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.

You are solely responsible for the content of your advertisements and any consequences arising from their publication. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your advertisement without any prior notice, if any information provided is inaccurate or incomplete or if we detected any violation of our terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to review, approve, or reject any advertisements submitted for display on the platform. Advertisements that violate these Terms, our advertising policies, or applicable laws may be removed without prior notice. While we make reasonable efforts to review advertisements, we are not responsible for verifying the legality or appropriateness of the content.

You agree not to submit advertisements that:

• Promote illegal activities, violence, discrimination, or hate speech.
• Involve adult content or materials inappropriate for minors.
• Mislead users or contain false claims.
• Violate any intellectual property rights of others.

We reserve the right to take appropriate action, including removal of the advertisement, suspension of your account, or reporting to relevant authorities, if prohibited content is detected.

Advertisers agree to pay all fees associated with the placement of their Premium advertisements on our platform. Fees and payment methods are provided during the order process and must be paid in full before the advertisement is published. We reserve the right to modify our fee structure, discounts, seasonal offers, and any changes will be communicated to advertisers through this website or over the phone.

When you publish your free advertisement, the system will send a password to the email address you provided. Using this password, you can remove your advertisements free of charge. Please note that if you provide an incorrect email address or you lose your password, a service fee of Rs. 500 will be charged for the process of the removal the advertisement.

We do not offer any refunds for advertisements once the payment is done. We will publish your advertisement on our platform as soon as possible, once your payment is done and confirmed. Duration of this process is less than a half hour, except in cases due to a technical error on our part. If such an error occurs, we will inform you and we are guarantee to publish your advertisement as soon as possible, once the technical problem is solved.

Advertisers retain ownership of any intellectual property contained in their advertisements. However, by submitting advertising content to our platform, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote the content through our platform and any affiliated networks.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or the performance of your advertisements. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of revenue, loss of goodwill, or any errors or omissions in the advertising content.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless our platform, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, the content of your advertisements, or your violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to change these Terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be updated on this page, and you are responsible for reviewing the Terms regularly. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your advertisement, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, you will remain liable for any unpaid fees owed to us.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country, and any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts.
