He is regarded as a key source of professional knowledge and a strategic problem solver in language teaching and learning. His career objective is to be an internationally trained, empowered, and qualified resource person supporting National and Regional educational initiatives, particularly in English as a second/ foreign language, including teacher training, capacity building, and empowerment.
